To The Netherlands: free shipping.

To Belgium: free shipping from € 35 (otherwise € 4.95).

To Germany: free shipping from € 45 (otherwise € 4.95).

To France: free shipping from € 75 (otherwise € 4.95).

To the rest of the EU: free shipping from € 75 (otherwise € 4.95).

To Switzerland: free shipping from € 100 (otherwise € 15).

To other countries: contact us at [email protected] for the shipping costs.

Please note that for orders shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are levied upon delivery of the shipment to the specified delivery address. You are responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. Please note that Rebel & Rose has no control over these charges and, as they vary from country to country, Rebel & Rose cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you contact local customs for more information.

Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium will take 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery to other countries within Europe can take a little longer, 2 to 4 working days. Delivery to Switzerland may take up to 10 working days.

This delivery period is indicative and based on past experience. Shipments are standard via DHL or UPS. Please contact us for the costs of express orders.

Where is my package?

You will receive a number of e-mails with information about the status of your order at the e-mail address you provided with the order. The first message will confirm receipt of your order. You will receive the second email as soon as the items are shipped.

Via the second e-mail you can easily follow your shipment by clicking on the link in the e-mail. You will then be redirected to the track and trace page of DHL or UPS. There you can enter the following data in the input screen:

Barcode number of the shipment (listed with the barcode)

Possibly the postal code of the addressee

Click on 'Search'

Within seconds you can see exactly where your shipment is at that moment.

Do you deliver to post boxes as well?

We don’t deliver orders to postbox addresses. We advise you to use a delivery address where there is always someone present during office hours
