Exchange
If you would like to exchange for a different item, please send back the item to us within 14 days (see *) and we will solve it for you. For returns and exchanges, use the Returns Form (see bottom of this page) and always include the packing slip.
* You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return a product without statement of reason. This period starts on the day of delivery. An exception to the rule are products that were made especially for you or ordered especially for you. Products can only be returned if they are unused and in the original packaging. For information, please see section 4 of our general terms and conditions. Use the Return Form (see bottom of this page) for returns and always add the packing slip to the return shipment.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. This period starts on the day of delivery. Exceptions to this are products that have been custom-made especially for you, or have been ordered especially for you. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. Refunds
Please note: the bank account number that you enter for a refund must be identical to the bank account number that was used to pay the order. Payments from a credit card will be refunded to the credit card. This is to prevent potential fraud with returns. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
